Absolutely great accommodation with absolutely perfect setting really close to 2 shopping centres and Sao Paolo business center and Vila Olimpia and JK Iguatemi Shopping Malls. Family atmosphere and good service. Everything really good. Pleasant experience there.

Spacious rooms were a nice surprise, and they were tidy and well-maintained. 💫 the floors were spotless!

The morning buffet was acceptable.

Hardly anyone spoken any english. Tried to order room service and because no one spoke english, they hung up the telephone! Had to have someone come in with me to do a refund to my credit card. Was told it could take up to 15 or 20 days for this credit to be refunded to my account.

I enjoyed to stay in Mercure Apartments The Must. The location is good and the hotel fits its purpose.

Internet is not fast and you need to buy a voucher every 24h.... Did not seem practical to me.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is superb, as it is close to the JK Shopping Mall, restaurants, and shopping centers. I really enjoyed the convenience of being near a small municipal park for my morning runs. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen added great value to my stay.

The noise level was higher than expected, especially in the early morning. We also experienced some issues with the elevators, which were slow and sometimes required multiple attempts to operate.
